When can I expect to receive my purchase?
Because we have your item of jewelry on hand in our warehouse we will ship within two working days of receiving your order. Your package will be sent by New Zealand Post Air and will arrive at your address within 3-10 days depending on where you are in the world.
If you are ordering for holidays, please order early to allow for seasonal postal delays.
We do not offer track and trace on our parcels to keep the cost of shipping down for you.
We buy our Amber and Sterling Silver Jewelry direct from Baltic Polish craftsmen in Poland and so can offer you great prices.
Do we offer you any Guarantee?
Yes. All our items of Jewelry are unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days. So if within 30 days you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please return it to us and we will refund the purchase price. However shipping fees are non-refundable.
We sell only genuine Baltic Amber and .925 Sterling Silver Jewelry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take only credit card payments through our PayPal gateway. Our PayPal address is tom@amberforever.com

Do I pay taxes on my purchase?
No, only New Zealand residents pay GST at 12.50% which is added to the listed price on check-out.
Your local taxes and Customs duty if any are your responsibility.
What are your shipping fees and policies?
We ship world-wide by Air via the New Zealand Postal Service
The following are our shipping costs for all parcels up to 200 grams. If you are ordering several items that exceed 200 grams we may have to send them in two separate parcels incurring two lots of shipping costs. You should be able to order up to 6 items of jewelry to go in one package. Each package is insured by us.

South Pacific - US$7.50
East Asia and North America - US$8.00
United Kingdom and Europe - US$8.50
Rest of the world - US$9.50
National postage within New Zealand - US$4.00
All our prices for jewelry items on the web site are in United States Dollars. As are our shipping costs.
Will you be in touch when my purchase is shipped?
Yes, we do send shipping notification. If you haven't received your parcel within 15 days please notify us. You will get an email acknowledging your purchase with your payment details immediately after purchase.
We respect your privacy and promise not to share, rent, sell or give away any of the information we gather off you to a third party. All information you give us will be for internal use by us only, to help us get your jewelry items to you as efficiently as possible, and enable us to contact you if we need to about your shipment. Our site, as you will notice by the padlock icon on your task bar, is a fully encrypted 128 bit (Secure Socket Layer) SSL site for your complete security assurance. You will also notice the browser address starts with https:// rather than the standard http://. The “s” means the site is secure. This means when entering personal information when registering and making a purchase your personal information can not be hacked into and stolen.
